4 \u00b0C ruhen lassen, dann auf ca. 2 mm Dicke ausrollen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem runden Ausstecher (6 cm) ausstechen und einfrieren.<\/li>\n<li>In \u00d6l bei 175 \u00b0C f\u00fcr wenige Minuten frittieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr das Eis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sahne, Milch und Zucker erw\u00e4rmen, vom Herd nehmen und Mandelmilch hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>In der Eismaschine gefrieren lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr die Mousse<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ricotta aufschlagen.<\/li>\n<li>Die eingeweichte und in Anis aufgel\u00f6ste Gelatine schnell einarbeiten.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Schluss die geschlagene Sahne vorsichtig unterheben.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr den Mandel-Schaum<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sahne und Milch aufkochen, Gelatine hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Vom Herd nehmen und Mandelmilch einr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>In einen Siphon f\u00fcllen, abk\u00fchlen lassen und mit zwei Sahnekapseln Mit einer knusprigen Seadas-Scheibe abdecken.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Mousse f\u00fcllen, kandierte Orangenschalen hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit einer weiteren knusprigen Scheibe bedecken.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teller mit Tannenhonig garnieren.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Kugel Eis auf Baiser-St\u00fccke legen und neben die Seadas setzen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit dem Mandel-Schaum abschlie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Hinweis: Zutaten wie Gelatine und Baisers sind leicht im Supermarkt erh\u00e4ltlich.
